Doctor Amy Neal She has been my primary doctor since Dr. Underwood left; and I also had the opportunity to spend time with her three times before Dr. Underwood left. 6 plus years as my primary an she is wonderful!
Just after discovering I have a major medical condition, Amy Neal dropped my wife and I as patients us without warning. Even though the extent of my condition has not been fully explained or examined, she dropped us, right in the middle of a global pandemic. Getting a referral to a specialist has been difficult, and her staff has not been helpful or kind in their aid. Not that it matters now that she is no longer taking new patients, it is clear she cares more about her career than people. I would not recommend her.
Dr Neal is a wonderful doctor. But wait times are insane and the staff never comes back when they are supposed to, she’s a great doctor who needs new staff/nurses. One of the best doctors in Tallahassee though.
