Dr. Amy Lavorato is so incredible. She is so knowledgable. Takes time to answer your questions and concerns. Makes my kids feel so comfortable. I am so lucky we found Dr. Lavorato after my children had two other paediatricians. My daughter had to get her stitches removed and she is only 3 and Dr. Amy walked us through everything and was so gentle. Oh and yes... She also walks in and says, "Hello, I am Dr.Amy!"
Receptionist is unprofessional! I called to follow up on a message I left 3 days ago to make an appointment for my 4 month old who has chronic eczema. She said they’re not accepting any new patients. When I told her no one called me back she said “ummm okaaay.” in a rude tone. How about saying, “our apologies for not returning your call. Our paediatricians are not accepting any new patients at this time…” Follow up on your messages and learn to speak to people professionally. Worst customer service.
