Thank you for allowing us to become new to your practice. I had such a positive experience and they were on time. Our previous pediatrics took way to long, hours were strict and they were too far away and would do absolutely nothing for us to help in any way. I feel like Dr Amy was speaking downward to me rather than discussing my child's health with me. This is not the first time I have left the office feeling like the doctor did not listen.

Dr. Jones and her clinical and office staff are incredible. When we call, the office staff are consistently pleasant and accommodating. Checking in and out is quick and, again a very warm experience. We feel that we and our children are truly cared for snd respected.
Amy is a great Doctor. She has been Stevens doctor since he was a baby. Wouldn't want anyone else
Always a great experience. She was sent home from school w a fever and cough. We called and were able to be seen right away. We love our physicians office!!!
The providers are kind and it's always a good experience with them. The staff on more than one occasion has seemed annoyed with us calling or asking questions. I'm sure they are busy, but I don't like feeling like an inconvenience to them.
