0 Stars (No option for that!) Never get calls back, Was told my treatment would be submitted to insurance for coverage. Then telling me it got rejected but it was never even sent. Was told to pay out of pocket and that it’s cosmetic and won’t be covered, even tho it would be. Insurance company can’t even look up the treatments without a code and this place won’t give me a code to ask myself. Also no answers to why I was told it was denied.
After several routine visits with Dr. Han I have found her to be friendly, patient, diligent and very well informed. She conducted a thorough examination, answered all my questions and addressed all my issues with a high level of professional competence.
