I noticed the previous review of Dr. Ahmed and made a point of being 15 minutes early. When I arrived, I heard the administrative staff explaining to another family who was running late that she really wanted them to send up the kids to hold the appointment as their policy was pretty firm with no seeing patients beyond the grace period. We were a few minutes after the grace period for the appointment that we waited months for. The rude front desk staff said I might as well reschedule for months later because this doctor was a stickler for time. After talking to the rescheduling agent, I was told that Children’s National has a policy that if the parent shows up they have to try to work you in.
