Just recently I had lasik eye surgery. Dr. Tandon made the whole experience so smooth I could not be happier. He talked me through the whole process and was so reassuring it really calmed my nervous. I would recommend him to anyone under going eye surgery.

Excellent experience undergoing cataract surgery with Dr. Tandon! He explained the procedure throughly in addition to why he selected the specific type of lens for me. Both eyes were done with one week between the two surgeries. Everything went smoothly from the first evaluation appointment to the post-op appointments.

I was referred to Dr. Tandon by my regular eye doctor when he saw the beginnings of cataracts. I could not have been more pleased with Dr. Tandon's professionalism, his friendly demeanor, his thorough explanations, and his overall optimism. Even better yet, the outcome of my surgeries mean that for the first time in more than 50 years, I don't need to put in contact lenses or wear heavy, thick glasses every day! I could not be happier with my outcome.

I am 72 years old and just had cataract surgery on both eyes - 5 weeks apart.- performed by Dr Tandon at the OSU Havener Eye Institute. Dr. Tandon is very open, friendly, informative and professional. His surgical skills are excellent. My results were fantastic. My regular ophthalmologist recommended Dr. Amit Tandon to me for cataract surgery on both eyes. Dr. Tandon and his entire office and surgery staff are the most caring, efficient, professional, and thoughtful medical team possible. Every step of my time with Dr. Tandon and his associates was patient-centered and was designed for each patient's care, comfort and knowledge. I highly recommend Dr. Tandon. He is highly skilled. Has performed several thousand cataract surgeries. He is confident without being arrogant. My nephew, who is an Opthalmologist in Raleigh, NC was given the task of finding me a surgeon for my cataract surgery. He contacted a Retina Surgeon he knew here in Columbus who recommended Dr. Tandon. My nephew also reviewed his website and credentials. He was impressed. Good enough for me.

Dr. Tandon is a “caring” professional who is very competent in his field. His staff is also professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I met with Dr. Tandon for an Assessment and was so impressed that I decided to proceed with the surgery. I had been bothered by cataracts in both eyes and this condition was affecting my quality of life. After the surgery my vision has improved tremendously. I had no pain throughout the process.. I highly recommend Dr. Tandon and his team.

My experience with Dr. Tandon is rated extremely high. He has a kind demeanor and is very helpful in explaining all options available and what would be best for me. During surgery he was informative as the procedure was being done and was attentive to any of my requests at that time.
