Dr. Tandon was highly recommended by my ophthalmologist for cataract surgery. Before I went to my initial appointment, I watched his video on the OSU Havener Eye Institute website. When he explained his reason for choosing to become an eye surgeon specializing in the removal of cataracts, I knew he was the person that I would trust to do the delicate procedure. I found him to be a very warm and caring person at each visit. I am highly recommending him to my family and friends.
I explored a few options for cataract surgery, but when I reached Dr. Tandon's office, I knew I had the right team (and it is a team!) Answers were clear and never rushed; competency, coordination, and caring were evident at every step; and the OSU facility and surgical support staff were superb. Dr. Tandon was reassuring throughout the process, the surgery went perfectly, and the results are better than I could have imagined. I highly recommend Dr. Tandon.
Dr. Tandon and his team have refined the process of lens replacement to a fine art. My experience of personal care and their attention to detail were outstanding. They help make the process quite painless and comfortable. Kudos to Dr. Tandon, Megan, Stephanie, DeAnn and the whole staff at Havener.
I was sold on my first visit to the OSU Havener Eye Institute thanks to the helpful, efficient and knowledgeable team, and Dr. Tandon’s great enthusiasm for his work. He carefully explained my eye condition, the available options, his background, and he answered my questions. Throughout the process, expeditious communication was par for the course. My surgeries and post-op experiences were first-rate due to the care, kindness and skill of Dr. Tandon, and the entire office and surgical teams.
Dr Tandon and his staff are amazing! I had the Lasik procedure and I can not believe how seamless the process was. I am thrilled with my results!
Dr. Tandon is amazing!! He performed cataract surgery on both of my eyes, several months apart. He is a very warm and caring professional, not to mention an excellent surgeon...both eyes 20/20! I thoroughly researched area Ophthalmologists before selecting Dr. Tandon. Best decision EVER! I HIGHLY recommend him.
There are not enough positive superlatives to describe Dr. Tandon, his staff, and the nurses and doctors at The Ohio State University Havener Eye Institute. It’s evident that they’re all committed to making their patients priority one! I applaud Dr. Tandon for his outstanding care, personal warmth and team leadership. Bravo!!
Very pleasant for a surgical procedure. Support staff was professional and efficient. Dr. Tandon's surgical coordinator, Mandy Wooten, was exceptional ! Appreciate post surgery direct contact with physician if needed. I had no worries or concerns. Bonus: Location/parking is user friendly.
If I could I would give Dr. Tandon 10 stars. Best bedside manors, amazing doctor. Wish I had more doctors like him. Highly recommend to any one . You won't be sorry. The results of my cataract surgery was life changing. Thank you Dr. Tandon with all my gratitude.
