The first visit was conducted by an MA who told me my diagnosis and wanted to plan for an Epidural. I refused, as I had only done X-rays, not PT, and noted she was not a doctor. Next, I saw PA- S. Tymchuk, who was just pushing for the sale of an epidural as well. She was horrible. I was in a lot of pain and explained that this procedure. Seemed premature without further testing. I was scheduled to see Dr. Shaw for a F/U and saw a nasty PA who did not have any intention of caring for me. Something concerning showed up on my MRI, and she tried to shove me out the door to an oncologist without providing me with a script or referral for a test that the doctor would need prior. Dr. Shah yelled at me because I had forgotten the full scope of what we discussed regarding Facet injections three weeks earlier. I have had spine surgery and am in chronic pain all the time. Saw Dr Sharma for shoulder pain. She seemed proficient. Sent me for an MRI. The office hung me up for the pre-cert#. When I finally got it I called 3x to make a follow up appt, (left voicemail) then gave up and went elsewhere. Good doc, poor "front office". I do not recommend.

I am currently in tears and excrutiating pain while typing this review. This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a physician. I contacted this place because they had pretty high reviews. I started with them in July, 2020 due to lower back pain. I have been suffering of herniated discs and degenerative disc disease for over 10 years now. I think he is the best doc in all tri star area to see for back pain. knows his stuff and very friendly. his staff also very polite and accommodating. I called and was seen the next day and wait was about 20 min to see him. I would recommend calling their office first and requesting to be seen by him cuse they have other doctors too.
