They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. The office was easy enough to find. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease.

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Dr. Patel has been my allergy and sinus specialist for many years. He and his staff have always treated me with professionalism and personal kindness. He is compassionate and understanding of what it is like to live with asthma, allergies and sinus disorders. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call.
