I love that they are always concerned with the well being of the person they are treating and try to explain and calm down parents who are scared that their child might end up in the Emergency ward of the nearest hospital. My child gave us such a scare back in 1990. Dr. Patel and his staff did a remarkable job controlling the issues she was having. Dr. Patel and his staff remembered her when she went back as an adult. I appreciate his honesty and openness to helping you understand your treatment. I've only seen him twice so far but he's one of the most engaged doctors I have visited yet.
