Dr Aminat Oluyemi has a dismissive and egotistical attitude and is part of a practice that is frankly, terrible. Although some of the staff are nice and some aren’t (and some are neutral) getting information, scheduling, or prescription refills is a nightmare. The portal doesn’t work well, no one returns calls, and when my husband called every time it was phone tree/system hell with no call backs. Unacceptable. I would give 0 Stars if it was an option. They rescheduled my appointment without telling me and were RUDE AND ARGUMENTATIVE when I asked why they rescheduled it. Unacceptable. I canceled the rescheduled appointment. They said I have canceled 2 appointments with them WHEN I'VE NEVER BEEN SEEN THERE BEFORE. NO WONDER THIS PLACE HAS SUCH A LOW GOOGLE RATING. UNACCEPTABLE!!!

She refused to see me because I was five minutes late for an appointment ( through no fault of my own. Google maps took me to the wrong building, and her staff said they were getting a lot of complaints from Patients about it). She cancelled not only that appointment, but my Colonoscopy and EGD, which was scheduled to happen the following week. They told me I would have to wait until the end of October for another appointment - which is totally unacceptable. I am having a lot of problems, which was why I was referred to her ... read more
The staff has refused to refill the medication that stops me from vomiting.They are truly stupid idiots.They enjoy playing games with peoples health.There are other options.
