I was in this office over 5 years ago and everyone was professional and today I was there to have a basal cell skin cancer with the Moe's procedure. Everyone was amazing not just professional, friendly, smiling, very supportive. Every step was explained, they were patient. The only difficulty was the numbing process and that went so well. This office is operated like a beauty salon, full of product lines you can buy for skin problems. I was having basal cells removed so after three visits where I waited for 45 minutes each time and saw nursing staff for preliminaries, I saw the doc who scraped the cells off. In follow-ups I did not see the doc and when I asked to see a professional a physicians assistant came to me and answered my questions. I went back for one yearly check up and am now searching for a doctor who is not a beautician.
After waiting for two hours in the office with a toddler, i learned i would only be seeing a nurse. I questioned the nurse, who apparently interpeted my request as "rude". NO ONE SEES A DR HERE SINCE THEY TEACH! This office in so unprofessional and act like "premadonnas" it was a gift NOT to see anyone. Run, Run, Run, We are extremely short of physicians but its worth the wait to see another dr. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!
