OUTSTANDING!! I drive from Murfreesboro just to see Dr. Woods. I would go no where else!
I went to see Dr. Woods last week due to worsening vision. She immediately identified the problem and gave me a stronger prescription. She was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, and her staff was helpful and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back!
I recently saw Dr. Woods for a routine checkup and was so impressed by her professionalism, patience, and kindness. I was seen immediately and all of my concerns about my eye health were addressed with competence and compassion. For unknown reasons, optometrists have struggled to correct my vision to the 20/20 level; Dr. Woods, however, managed to do so on the first try. My husband and my kids went to see Dr. Woods for new prescriptions. We were all so impressed by her practice, her commitment to providing us with the best treatment possible, and her friendly nature. We had an amazing experience: the office environment, the staff, and the eye exams were all excellent. Definitely visit her if you have any vision-based needs!
Set an appointment for 12:30pm Fri 4/28/17. Arrived 12:15 to complete paperwork. Her assistant began the initial vision checks and about half way through the process I was advised that Dr. Wood had decided to go to lunch and wouldn't be back for about an hour or so and I would have to re-schedule. This is totally unacceptable and highly non-professional. Don't want someone with this level of undependability anywhere near my eyes. #not very professional.

I'm sorry you feel that you had a bad experience with my office. After reviewing your chart, I saw that I did complete your eye exam except for the dilation portion of the exam. If you remember, I wanted to dilate you but you said you had to drive for a long distance that afternoon & insisted that you didn't want to be dilated. So your dilation was rescheduled for another day and you didn't show for the appointment. Lastly, my tech and myself take lunch from 1-2pm. I examined your eyes at 12:30.
Great service at a great price I was able to get the best contact lens exam here that anywhere else I had been to before.
