Loved Dr Hassan while she was there. I saw her for probably 10 years. I’m very disappointed that when she left I was not notified of her leaving. The office would not fill my prescription that Dr Hassan has prescribed me for years (not a controlled substance or anything risky.) This office is extremely unprofessional and does not seem to actually care about their patients. Super disappointing. Go elsewhere.
First time meeting this doctor today- I had to get a new primary since mine moved to another state. This doctor has HORRIBLE bedside manner. Rude & unprofessional. Kept cutting me off, and refused to prescribe a medication that required insurance paperwork to be filled out, stated it’s “not my job to fill out paperwork.” Wow real nice. She dismissed my medical issues and wanted to chalk it all up to a virus, told me nothing could be done for one of my issues. Communication is very poor. I'm an epilepsy patient who has been waiting for a prescription to be sent to a local pharmacy. I have been waiting a whole week an no prescription my caregiver has went to the office and they're still no communication with the doctor nor the staff
