We scheduled our appointments 7 months in advance, to be called and rescheduled about a week prior to our appointments. My husband was scheduled for a day when he was out of town for work, he called that morning letting them know it would not work. They then scheduled him an additional 7 months out. We got a bill in the mail for a “cancellation fee” of $75. "I went in for my 6 month cleaning and my dental hygienist was terrific! Very efficient and so friendly. Dr. Versero checked over my mouth thoroughly after my cleaning and she found a suspect spot on the back of my tongue. She referred me to an oral surgeon to check it out. She said most likely it will be nothing, but better to be safe than sorry. I like her thoroughness. Very pleased!"
