Dr. Siddiqui listens, is intuitive, is very smart and has what most doctors lack today, empathy! If you are looking for a doctor that cares, your search is over! I was very pleased with the service
It’s all about numbers and money. Very impersonal and mundane. Not warm or empathetic. Barely listened. Just went through the motions. Very little eye contact. Why is she still a doctor baffles me. Do not go to her!
My wife and I have gone to this doctor for a year. Dr Quigley is a good doctor but seems rushed. His resident is very good.The office manager and receptionists are very uncaring and unprofessional. The office sent our lab work out of network and we were billed for over $300 for urine tests. The office manager refused to talk to us and after returning a second time she finally came out in waiting room and stated” do you expect us to pay the bill” which was there error. Dr. Chan is a good doctor. He takes the time to listen to his patients. When he says he is going to do something related to your care, he follows through!
Well, I not coming here for 10 years and returning I think it’s Worst. A doctor gave me labs for over 20 tubes of blood. The lab tech that was taking my blood said that she orders the same labs for every patient that comes through for Dr. RICE. We can’t possibly all have the same condition. She even had a TB test up there. I’m hurting every day in jeopardy of losing my job and I feel like she is playing with my life. Dr. Deputy is great! He is friendly and professional. He is always willing to answer any questions I have regarding my treatment.
Does not listen to you and rushes you out the door. She does not take the time to talk to you about your concerns or issues, she is more worried preventative care versus actual acute issues. She falsely or did not accurately document in my chart and made false statements. Be careful. This is not the first time this has happened to me with her, but this was the last straw.
Dr. Chan takes the time to explain his concerns, test needed and treatment plan. He and his staff work to provide excellent customer support.
