Professional helpful office staff, on phone and in person. Present as caring and understanding, you have their full attention when interacting with each of them. Being a health care professional, I understand Dr’s time is limited, and come prepared with questions. I don’t engage in idle “chit chat” Her time is valuable to me ( and other patients) as a medication advocate. Thank you, PSS

Dr Darling is warm and engaging, intuitive with a cognitively impaired client. Office staff are friendly. Great overall experience.
Dr Darling is aware of up to date alternatives to traditional pill pushing.
Dr. Pusey-Darling is unfortunately only given an allotted amount of time with each patient by these cheap insurance companies who only see us as numbers and NOT HUMANS. They only give psychiatrists 10 mins with each patient to "prescribe" meds and push us out the door. It is NOT her fault the way the system is designed!! I wish that every patient had that understanding. I went to my first psychiatrist 7 yrs ago and felt the same way. I was so pissed and angry at him. I blatantly told him..."You just don't get it! If you don’t have the first appointment in the morning, you will be waiting at least an hour to an hour and a half before you see her and then you’re only with her for 5 minutes or less.
