Absolutely the worst office ever. They told me and my husband that we were in network and they took our insurance we then were told we couldn’t see Ochoa but that we could see his nurse practitioner Taylor Greene. So still thinking that they take and accept our insurance saying that we are covered, going back 3 different times this office failed to say hey just so you know this nurse practitioner is not in network with your insurance. We get a bill about a month later for 500$ each so now me and my husband owe 1000$ collecti... read more
I called to schedule a new patient appointment and apparently it is the office policy that you have go to the office to pick up a packet to fill out and bring back before they even allow you to make an appointment because they need to "check your insurance" which I was told the can't do I guess. They also didn't hesitate to tell me they don't rx pain meds. Um not everyone is searching for that. I'm not going to jump thru hoops to become a patient. Crazy.
