Absolutely the worst patient care I’ve ever received in my life. I went in and saw Cheryl Gardner and brought in a positive colonoscopy test. Upon discussing my health I admitted I’m gay to where Cheryl states she does not agree with or condone my sexuality however she treats them as she stated the same.. Absolutely the worst office ever. They told me and my husband that we were in network and they took our insurance we then were told we couldn’t see Ochoa but that we could see his nurse practitioner Taylor Greene. So still thinking that they take and accept our insurance saying that we are covered, going back 3 different times this office failed to say hey just so you know this nurse practitioner is not in network with your insurance. I called to schedule a new patient appointment and apparently it is the office policy that you have go to the office to pick up a packet to fill out and bring back before they even allow you to make an appointment because they need to "check your insurance" which I was told the can't do I guess. They also didn't hesitate to tell me they don't rx pain meds. Um not everyone is searching for that. I'm not going to jump thru hoops to become a patient. Crazy.
