They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely Not! He/She always looks like a slob. Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dermatologist's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep

I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen
