I find Dr. Rosenthal and his staff to be very professional and personable always. They go out of their way to be of service, including making sure I was not overcharged for medication for my feet. I am glad to be their patient.
I was appalled at the state of this office. The ONE good review(which was the only one available) had fooled me. I immediately had a bad feeling going into this office. It was cluttered, musty, dirty, and not professional (with extremely old not matching furniture). The receptionist/assistant was very rude. The doctor came out 20 MINUTES (!!!) late. He was very drowsy and they were NOT in coordination. Then, I went into the office. There was a disgusting chair that was extremely dirty with paper towels draped over it. The ro... read more
The best service I ever received. I called on Monday and they booked me for Tuesday. They are very attentive and addressed all my concerns. I strongly recommend this Foot care facility. The customer service is very professional, and Dr. Allan Rosenthal is knowledgeable and explained in detailed my diagnoses. I felt very valued and appreciate exceptional customer service.
