Let me start by saying that I didn't even made an appointment. The lady who answered the call didn't even introduced herself, when I said I wanted to make an appt. she said "Hold on" and I had to wait 11 min. I decided to call back and ask for the office mgr when she said she was the office mgr. I explained to her that the way she answers makes the office look bad,her answer was that she is working by herself, letting her know I work for a Dr. too she made an exhaling sound, not going there.
