I’m a repeat patient. Dr Kanhai is always kind, gentle, accommodating and takes the time to explain things and answer your questions. The young woman who works at reception is also great. Very sweet and accommodating as well. Have never had a bad experience here.
The woman in the front office was extremely friendly and helpful. She contacted me after a cancellation to give me the option of an earlier appointment and that was appreciated. The Doctor was friendly, informative and took her time with me. Sometimes one feels a doctor is rushing from one patient to another to meet a quota, but NOT SO here. The Doctor made sure I understood all that was happening.
Advent made an appt for me with Dr. Kanhai for May 10th-2:15 PM. Her phone and zip code was given ... close to me at 33647. That is the Dr.'s residence, probably. I ended up making an appt. with a different dr. thinking it was her office. My May 10 appt. has to be cancelled .... and please confirm that it is cancelled.
I have been seeing Dr. Kanhai for over 8 years and have always been impressed with her expertise in diagnosing an issue, taking whatever time necessary to explain the problem and her calm professional demeanor. She is obviously a dedicated doctor who places her patients before self interests, something you don‘t see very often. She‘s never in a rush to the next patient and doesn‘t appear to overbook appointments as she‘s always on time for appointments - never had to wait but a few minutes. I have real problems with my feet and legs. I have been to 3 other Podiatry Doctor's and Doctor Kanhai is by far heads and shoulder's better than the others. I am driven from Spring Hill to Tampa (47 miles) to see Doctor Kanhai and I will not change. I am even considering moving closer to Tampa. If you want truly professional, thorough, and pleasant care. Dr. Alicia Kanhai have been wonderful I have a pain at the button of my right foot and she fixed in two days, so grateful I am.!!
I saw Dr. Kanhai yesterday for an initial visit. I found her office staff to be friendly and professional. Dr. Kanhai was also friendly and professional. I was very impressed with her non-rushed exam. She took her time discussing my medical history, examining me, as well as explaining the various treatment options. I highly recommend her.
