My daughter is an undergrad student at Georgetown university and had an appointment this morning at 8:15 am. She left at 7:40 am for her appointment and the Uber driver dropped her at the wrong address (Braun dermatology's old address). She had to take another Uber to get to the right location. Hi, this review is about receptionist. I have not met any doctors but heard wry good things about them. Unfortunately, they won’t accept my insurance. Shenell the receptionist is very impolite, disrespectful and unprofessional. Thanks!
Excellent experience with Dr. Marty. He is a talented dermatologist who cares about his patients. I saw him for Mohs surgery and the results were a great outcome.
