My medical records were tied up with another doctor and this doctor did not seem to believe me when I told her about my issues. I like her nurse alot but the office staff and doctor seem very caddy and ont' listen well.
Dr. Acevedo and her staff are very helpful, knowledgeagble and overall great to work with! I definately recommend her to my family and friends.
She made me feel at ease and was very knowledgable about my situation. She does show genuine concern and is very easy to talk to.
Besides serious punctuality issues, Dr. Acevedo is great. My whole family has been seeing her since our son was born in 2005. Her key staff know our whole family as soon as we enter the office and are great with kids.
she seems busy and not enough time on her hands to see you as well as listening to you. i went through hell with her as a mother for my child. i was blamed for something that never happened. my child ended up with medical problems because of her. this includes, shallowing disorder, constipation, genetic problems,etc. i had to switch doc. because of her. she does not do her job right. she should not even be in this field.
Dr. Acevedo is very wonderful doctor but the staff (front desk) are very terrible (not a friendly environment at all).
The doctor is awesome however the staff is horrible about answering the phone and returning phone calls so we switched to another doctor.
I can never get a hold of my doctor by phone. You call the # get put on hold and then go to a fax machine!
Dr Acevedo is awesome. My husband usually refuses to see female Doctors, but due to a bad experience with his physician, he went to see Dr. Acevedo and absolutely loves the office, and physician. She is very knowledgeable, and a great doctor. I highly recommend this doctor.
