You dont actually get to se the "doctor" you see one of her PA's. The doctor oversees all the decisions even after not having an idea of what your going through. Horrible service for anyone . They have no knowledge at all in this area. How a Medical doctor does not know protocols is alarming. I would avoid this office. If I was able to give 0 stars I would.

Started seeing Her in 2010. I told her I had a history of eating disorder. When they would weigh me. I asked the girls not to tell me how much. And they would say. Why. I told them I had an eating disorder for 25 yrs. One time on the scale the girl said your weight is 113. I told her I didn’t want to know. I explained my situation. She said you are skinny you should get over it! Apparently they know nothing about mental health. I just go for my yearly visits. Every time she asks how I feel. I tell her I have all over body pa... read more

Staff is horrible about answering the phones, they have you waiting forever in the lobby and the doctor is even worse, she forgot that I was waiting in one of the rooms and when I went out to ask how much longer, staff told me that she forgot and that I needed to wait one more hour to see her or if I wanted to see the nurse instead. She don't care much about her patients, just the money. Very disappointed!

The worst bedside manners I have ever seen. Made me feel rushed and didn't really take time to answer/ease my concerns. Im really considering transferring to another doctor as am dreading going to my next appointment with her. Such a disappointment.

Poor office staff. At first 2 years ago, she seemed like a great DR, but her bedside manner tanked, and she seemed to care less about me and more about taking my money with incidental charges and stuff. She once told me if I wanted a copy of a lab report, it would cost me $25...I called the lab, it was free. It is sad that a talented Dr is most likely going to fail. It would be nice if she could learn to be managed and step out of the administration of the business and learn how to be managed, VS what appears to be Micromana... read more

Dr. Acevedo is a great doctor and I enjoyed her as a physican to myself and two children. However, her office staff is terrible. Scheduling is a nightmare! They scheduled me for one appointment and when I showed up they told me I had to make a different appointment before I could be seen for what I was there for. Then, one time the wait was so long they insisted on rescheduling. Another time, I scheduled my sons immunizations and when I showed up they didn't have the meds. I was turned away, only to be called a few days late... read more
