You dont actually get to se the "doctor" you see one of her PA's. The doctor oversees all the decisions even after not having an idea of what your going through. Horrible service for anyone . They have no knowledge at all in this area. How a Medical doctor does not know protocols is alarming. I would avoid this office. If I was able to give 0 stars I would.

Worst office staff ever. Dr was inattentive and distracted. All in all, a nightmare
Staff does not follow hippa laws. I paid money for hard copies of all of my records. Took six months to get. I got another patients lab results
Started seeing Her in 2010. I told her I had a history of eating disorder. When they would weigh me. I asked the girls not to tell me how much. And they would say. Why. I told them I had an eating disorder for 25 yrs. One time on the scale the girl said your weight is 113. I told her I didn’t want to know. I explained my situation. Catch 22. You can't get an appointment w/o an insurance referral and they lost the insurance referral so when I showed up at 8am for my appointment AARA cancelled the appointment I waited 2 months for and scheduled me 2 more months down the line. And the Doctor couldn't be bothered to delay my appointment 30 minutes while I sorted all this out with the AARA referral department and my physician. Why couldn't they have called me the week or even day before and told me of the problem so I would have time to sort it out? Complet... read more
Staff is horrible about answering the phones, they have you waiting forever in the lobby and the doctor is even worse, she forgot that I was waiting in one of the rooms and when I went out to ask how much longer, staff told me that she forgot and that I needed to wait one more hour to see her or if I wanted to see the nurse instead. She don't care much about her patients, just the money. Very disappointed!
He is rude, not helpful, lacks knowledge. Arrogant. More concerned about his image than my health. Only saw nurse practioner for over a year and she ignored a growing problem that resulted in the complete destruction of my right rotator cuff and loss of half of my right bicep. He became angry when I asked if he would consult with his colleague about my case. He said he "knew more" although the National Psoriatic Foundation stated otherwise. He cancelled my appointment with the other doctor. I would give him zero stars.
Fantastic experience for both myself and my mother-in-law.
