Dr Ali has a new staff that is extremely efficient. They are friendly and follow up well with the insurance companies. Keeshana is a wonderful assistant, and help me negotiate the crazy insurance mess. The Dr is and always has been a great Dr. He's knowledgable, great manner, and helped me for years.
Avoid this office — rude, cold, and condescending staff especially Shari make an already stressful visit worse; I wish I had read the reviews and gone elsewhere.
Doctor is great but unfortunately the phone service and office management is impossible. I really need to see the Dr. and I can't get a phone call back about an appointment. Also I needed a referral and the office never actually sent the referral to my insurance. Really am disappointed because I do like this Doctor a lot.
HORRIBLE, HORRENDOUS OFFICE, RECEPTIONIST IS UNWELCOMING, STAY AWAY
