HORRIBLE, HORRENDOUS OFFICE, RECEPTIONIST IS UNWELCOMING, STAY AWAY
doesn't answer the phone. extremely frustrating. don't come here
I arrived about 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment and checked in at the lobby, where I completed the intake forms and specifically requested certain tests. About 45 minutes after my appointment time, I was taken to a room, and shortly after, a nurse checked me in. Roughly an hour after my appointment time, Dr. Hadadz came in, asked a few brief questions about my history, and performed a very quick exam (listening to my heart, moving my arms, and checking my eyes). Absolutely awful service. AWFUL. I never write reviews but had to on this occasion as we are dealing with people's health. AVOID
Dr. Hadadz is an excellent physician—knowledgeable, kind, and attentive. However, the front office staff seriously detracts from the quality of care. The receptionist is extremely unprofessional. She rarely answers the phone, and when I visited the office in person, she claimed to be on lunch regardless of the time. I called at 10 a.m. and was told she was on lunch, and when I returned at 2 and again at 3 p.m., I got the same response. The office environment was also concerning.
