The office was wonderful, suffering from hives they provided me with info on causes and medications to help with my itchy issue.

Dr. Kongsiri is so focused on selling whatever latest gimmick they have in the office that she refuses to look at alternatives. She would only consider Ultherapy for me. She skimmed over the fact that multiple sessions will be necessary at a high cost. In addition, her office staff are rude and unprofessional. After my Ultherapy, I was concerned about bruising. I called multiple times over a two-week period. The excuse was they were changing offices. There is no excuse when health is a concern.

On Valentine's day in 2005 or '06 I saw Dr. Kongsiri for a blemish that got infected. She seemed to be annoyed that she even had to be there. She misdiagnosed me with herpes simplex and gave me a prescription for Valtrex. Days passed and the infection got worse. I called the office a few times and they said to wait for meds to work. Eventually I went to the emergency room where I was treated for facial cellulitis, & had to have a pic line in my arm to give myself daily infusions of Rocephin.
