I wanted to thank Dr. Alexander and his staff for their quick response in helping me with a dental emergency.
My experience as a new patient was that of professionalism. The staff was knowledgeable and courteous. The equipment and techniques were unquestionably at a higher level than I have previously experienced at prior dentist offices. I, for one, appreciate that Franklin County has Brian Alexander and his team to serve our community with both dental expertise and excellent customer service. Thank you.
I was absolutely amazed with the prompt response and service I received. The staff was very friendly and professional with amazing personality. It was my first trip to a dentist in a long time so I was a bit uneasy but they made it easy to get an appointment and I was not there too long in the waiting room. I would highly recommend this office to anyone and on my first visit I did just that. I recommended them to 2 people. Awesome job.
Dr Alexander and Amy are wonderful. They are so nice and careing . I think they are teriffic . I would highly recommend them .
Always feel good about going to the dentist these days except when I have to pay a bill (: Seriously, I would rate my experience at a 9 1/2 out of 10.
So wish i had left the denist on the other side of town sooner ! Everyone is polite , they get you in and out quickly . Very professional and caring . Makes going to the dentist enjoyable . So glad to be done with dentist visits that last 2 days because the cleaning was more like road construction than getting your teeth cleaned ! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist or looking to change
