Due to having knee replacement in late Nov, I had to have a current appointment for a Dental check-up and they did. They are also working with me for three more appointments.
First impression was great! I was seen with a tooth problem very quickly. Will return for a crown. My dentist of over 30 years was retiring. I will report back after crown is done.
Was very comfortable during cleaning.
Being my first visit, I was somewhat nervous and know it was needless anxiety. The staff and Dr. Alexander were most, most friendly and put me at ease...calling me by my first name Mary B. which I liked. I was also very impressed with the obviously latest equipment. I look forward to my return (to have some repair work done) because I know the visit will be good.
I expected to be pleased, but not to the extent that I WAS PLEASED !! I think the first thing I noticed by the staff and all that I had contact with was the friendliness and eagerness to make feel comfortable. I must admit I was rather nervous about it being the first time, etc. I was next impressed by the latest in dental equipment being used. I could go on and on and unfortunately, I have a tendency to talk TOO much.. I am not shy.
Awesome visit Kim did. Super job of cleaning my teeth and informing me every step of the way and also explained practice procedures. Dr Alexander was very nice and friendly
Except that I need a crown as I broke a molar back in April but I knew this would be needed. The staff always seems to be very upbeat and helpful. Dr. Alexander has been doing my dental work since moving back in 2007. Have always been satisfied with the dental services.
Excellent care. Everyone very friendly and professional.
