What a fantastic experience from start to finish. It started when making my appointment. When I left I felt like I received wonderful thorough care. I’ve been having some issues I was a bit nervous about. I felt much better when I left and understood what was going on. I couldn’t recommend this office enough.
I have been seeing Dr. Alexander Dillon for several months for an eye condition. The staff is pleasant, helpful and curious without fail. Dr. Dillon is friendly, takes the time to make sure I'm comfortable and to explain everything. His bedside manner is by far among the best I've experienced. I couldn't give a higher recommendation!

After going to the emergency department with the just the appearance of color botches in my left eye, Dr Dillon of EBRC offered a “soft landing.” I very nervous that my vision would never be restored. Dr Dillon and staff were sensitive and respectful. Most importantly, Dr Dillon identified the issue, It explained the issue, and let me know it was treatable, and how it was treatable. I knew I was in competent and caring hands. I referred my daughter as a patient.
I would give Dr. Dillon 10 stars if it were an option. I had to have emergency same-day surgery once he discovered that I had a partially detached retina due to light flashes I was seeing in one eye. This was an extremely scary situation for me as a business owner and a single father of two small kids. I was confident in Dr. Dillon's ability to heal my retina by surgery just from talking through the process with him. He was also very compassionate as emotion overtook me at one point.
