They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.

My mother is a patient and she and my dad ALWAYS have to wait at least one hour for their appointment. My mom is 83 and has advanced dementia and gets very upset and tired in unfamiliar surroundings. This is unacceptable.
