Dr Owen & Staff are absolutely NOTHING short of amazing! They have consistently gone above and beyond in the way that they care for ALL of their patients on a daily basis. I would never imagine going to anyone else for any ortho issues EVER! We have always been in capable, carrying and compassionate hands with his staff any time or the day or night! He was in a huge rush, and did not want to take my case (a bakers cyst was found at the emergency at St. Joes that causes my leg to swell, from an accident, traumatic injury). I am in pain and cannot sleep through the night. It gets worse when I sleep until I am awoken a few hours and have to get up for an hour or two, often starting at 3 or 4 a.m. I feel like I've been beaten up all the time from the resulting pain and fatigue. Don't use this Dr. The young man who answers the phone told me I needed P T. So I had my primary care Dr. Start P T. My Dr or l never heard from them again. Is he the Dr. I now have a new Dr whose staff is friendly and answers questions. The Surgen explains everything so you can understand.LOOK FOR A NEW DR.-----I have had surgery. Doing much better. Not by this Dr. Go to Humboldt Orthopedic. Great Dr's who know what they are doing and explain what they are doing. My problem could not be seen totally with an M R I.
Dr. Ross exudes knowledge, and the confidence that comes along with that knowledge. She really went the extra mile in diagnosing a strange problem my son had.
Awesome! She has a great friendly personality and a talented surgeon. My son needed knee meniscus surgery and he was nervous. She made him totally comfortable and did a great job. He is healing really good. Office staff is very friendly also. Would definitely recommend!
