Dr Badia was suggested by a sports MD. We did a telemedicine visit initially and then scheduled surgery. The MDs in our area suggested complicated and open surgeries but Dr Badia suggested that was not needed and he could fix the issue arthroscopically. The initial evaluation, surgery and post op went well. We are initial phase of recovery and hopefully things work out well.

Had a great experience with Dr. Badia for my endoscopic cubital tunnel release. I would not do the surgery if it wasn’t endoscopic. Still experiencing some inflammation but I am staying on top of it with some stretching, exercise, tens therapy, and icing the area. It’s important to bring up to the doctor all the issues and pain you are experiencing, don’t leave anything out. Going in for a follow up next week.

Even my friends say I'm too critical. Cynical. And a grouch. But in my opinion Dr. Badia and his staff deserve much more than five stars! Because from your first contact with him and his staff you will feel their humanity, responsiveness, and warmth. And be treated by a caring and knowledgable doctor who speaks clearly - without medical jargon. Making you feel confident that you are in good hands. Kind hands. Healing hands. So relax. You've found the doctor you've been searching for: Dr. Badia

I just underwent hand surgery for basal joint arthritis for the second time on my other hand. It was because of the fantastic outcome I had following the first surgery five years ago on my right hand that I chose to make the trip once again to Miami so Dr. Badia could perform the surgery on my left hand. I am a performing pianist and wanted to have the best chance of regaining full use of my hand. The staff at Badia Hand and Shoulder could not have been kinder and more understanding of my goal.
