Alan is very professional and very good at explaining in easy-to-understand details what the situation involves. ..Great personality and makes the atmosphere comfortable...
Best attentive staff that worked very diligently to make sure I was taken care of during my visit. Details are sooooo important when dealing with health issues and they cover all the bases and like Avis they "try harder". Two visits to the Key West facility and both times I felt like I've been coming there for years. If you don't come in with a smile I'm confident you'll leave with one!
