Pissed off!!! First off let me start with this office is in north shore hospital. I was disgusted as I pulled up. I had no idea it was in the hood. I was lord in to an office full of people. It looked like a free clinic. I took off work to be here on time and they were talking id be waiting over an hour to be seen. This wasted my time. I left!!!! It’s dark and dingy in that office. It took me a while to sit down.
The staff is very polite and professional. Today we saw Dr. Yanira and Mercedes assisted. In all our visits I've never seen Mercedes stationary. She always works hard for the patients!
Staf hard worker kind very soecial people but doctor first to old and he not consider to much petion i wasnt happy to much he didnt even ask my close eye glass what eye wear i ask him is this ok my condition im not happy not recomend i guess he takes his retirment condition like back to back takes people gemmed appointment and not to considering he needs to be relax and have some break i guess sory my review but thats my terible experience
