I do not know this doctor, my grandmother does. We took a road trip to Billings from Cody and he made her extremely insecure. He told her that her breasts would just sag with the reconstructing surgery for her breasts. Made her insecure, made her believe that she was fraudulently claiming her surgery and the staff was extremely rude aswell, he’s very inappropriate and unprofessional he didn’t introduce his self. Amazing doctor and surgeon! He takes the time to listen to your concerns, and is very thorough in making sure the job is done right. If he doesn’t think something will work for you, he explains that to you and tells you clearly why it won’t. His staff is wonderful and in my 6 month journey (so far) with him for breast reconstruction, I know that I can always call and they are more than happy to help me. I wish I could give him more stars, because he is very deserving of it!
The entire staff was so nice during consultation, pre op and post op. I cant say enough good words about the wonderful job Dr. Muskett did on my tummy tuck with work on my abs as well. The scar is minimal and the recovery wasn't nearly as bad as I was thinking. Definitely recommend Dr. Muskett at Billings Plastic Surgery.
I had reconstruction after mastectomy a week ago. I feel like I'm bothering them with my questions and my doctor went on vacation for who knows how long. I have a lot of questions and concerns but dont feel comfortable calling in.
Be aware, do not go to Doctor Alan Musket, in Billings Plastic Surgery in Billings Montana. During my first visit with Dr Musket he took his notes, pictures, etc. And then he stated that he would contact Dr. Smith to discuss the details in regards to the mastectomy. Not ones he asked me how I felt about the procedure or if I had any questions and he sent me out my way.
