This place is deplorable. Communication, surgical center, timeliness, knowledge base AND personnel. You get a PAnbased in the location you visit, left hand doesn’t talk to the right. Treatments are very poorly done. I do not recommended this place. I went for (3) treatments. The PA is terrible and do not listen
For 6 months I have been going to the Jenabi Pain Center and that is Dr.AlainCoppel,s..I did not know he was an arthritis doctor. ALL he has ever done is prescribe ZUBSOLV for me.I have seen him ONCE after I first went to the office. Since then I have only seen one of the nurses that work for him. I called and tried to make an appointment with him for my arthritis and was just told he will not see me at his Charleston office because he does NOT see patients there ??? Quiero felicitar a todo el personal de la clínica por su excelente servicio, especialmente al Dr Coppel por haberme tratado con tanta paciencia y haberme entendido en español.
5 stars 🤩! Dr. Coppel help me out with my back pain and all of the staff members there where very helpful and kind to me, I would highly recommend this clinic for everybody!
Please don't ignore my review, I did not know you could do reviews on doctors or else i would've done this so long ago, I've come across this Dr a few times in my life, once about 12 years ago and the again about a year ago but he left such an impression on me that once I heard about reviews I decided it was absolutely necessary to take time out of my day to look him up and write this, he is an absolutely horrible human being, you would think that being a Dr would make him at the very least a little compassionate towards his... read more
