This doctor is one of the most non caring doctors that I have been to. He acted like he didn’t care about. I sat in that doctor’s office room for 25 minutes waiting for him just so he can spend 10 Minutes with. I gave him a paper so he could authorize my knee surgery. He said “I’ve never even seen you before, I’m not authorizing anything. He said that with no concern in his voice what so ever. I felt very uncomfortable. He had an assistant with him. When he asked me a question, l looked at her when I answer a lot of the time... read more

His is prompt, takes his time, answers all questions and assures you understand. He even took the time to pull my test results of my mri and show exact location and the effects of my strokes. Never rushed. Polite, professional and great care of patient needs. Thank you Joy.

I was very impressed with the level of care that I received. Outstanding care and concern, I felt listened to and like I was in great hands. Professional and sincere.

Dr. Joy’s manor was very rude. This will be my last visit. He had no interest in what had transpired in my health condition in the past six months since I had seen him. In addition to his behavior and tone, his account of the decisions we made at my last visit was inaccurate.

Dr. Ajo was awesome at sitting down with me and helping me understand what could be happening to my memory. Great bedside manner and never rushed me. He also has a great group of referral specialists.

I have seen Dr. Joy for about 6 years now for chronic migraine headaches. I suffered for 22 years prior to that seeing various doctors and never getting much results or help. After my initial visit he quickly had a game plan for me which has helped me tremendously. I still have chronic migraines but now they are manageable and allow me to work and have a life.

What an awful experience. The practice's motto is 'because we care'. The woman checking in people at the front desk at the Higley/baseline location shouldn't be in that position. First question he asks me is 'why are you here'. Had to ask to do a physical (neurological) exam

The first visit with him, I felt he didn't do a complete neurological exam of my husband. As a matter of fact he said, "I guess I should do an exam." I let it slide. Didn't feel it was a good visit, nor anything I could put my finger on that was bad. My husband then went to get his MMJ card and the doctor there did a more thorough neuro exam of my husband than Dr. Joy did. Second visit to Dr. Joy will also be our last. He asked why we're here after six months. (He told us to come back in six months). Wrote a prescription and... read more
