I called to check if this location accepted medicaid for my daughter and unfortunately they don't but I had to let her know (whom answered the phone) that her phone etiquette was chef kiss. When she had me on hold she checked on me and you can hear the warm smile thru the phone. I really appreciate nowadays when I feel customer service etiquette is lacking, in general. The office has a spa-like vibe. The staff is patient, knowledgeable, engaging, compassionate and friendly. Dr. Mims is everything you wish you had and didn’t know you wanted in a dentist. One year and three dentists later, I’ve finally found a dental office that treats me like family.
Dr. Tucker-Mims and team are excellent -- skilled, compassionate, attentive to my comfort throughout procedures. I highly recommend!
My family recently started seeing Dr. Mims. We've all had nothing, but good experiences. She is kind, gives detailed explanations, and excellent recommendations. She is really good at talking with and calming kids. Her staff members are so gentle and helpful. I've had bad experiences with dentists and it's kept me from actively taking care of the health of my gums/teeth by visiting dentists yearly, but our visit to this office has made me feel so at ease with coming back. Thank you!
