An average experience. No real negative. The Doctor is great and spent enough quality time with me, which I guess is the main thing. However, I found the girls in the office to be unwelcoming and fairly cold. Sensitivity and customer service training is strongly recommended! They were just simply not very friendly and barely made eye contact. It was immediately about insurance coverage and money. NOT a good first impression. Took my daughter to get an updated prescription. The staff was kind and we were seen quickly. Dr. Aira is professional and courteous, can’t recommend them enough.
