I was referred to Garza for treatment of bells palsy on 9/21/16, after seeing the NP I was told to come back in six weeks. There was no physical therapy ordered, no monitoring. I repeatedly called asking if they could see me and telling them something was wrong I wasn't healing, I also ask if I could get therapy or nerve testing. I went to a Specialist at the 7wk who has informed me that because of the time that has passed without any treatment I have only a 50% chance of of recovery.
Baylor ER referred for follow up after an ER visit.They scheduled me in two days after my ER visit. Dr.Garza did not have my report, CT scan, or MRI. Baylor told me she had access to this.Dr.Garza said she did not. During my visit with Dr. Garza,she told me I needed to go get ANOTHER CT scan when I had just had one two days prior without her even reviewing my Baylor CT and MRI.It gets worse to the point she herself was calling me to try and get me to do another CT.Kickbacks I bet!just say no!
We were nervous about going to see Dr Garza after reading the reviews on line, but we are very pleased with her. She took plenty of time with my husband, she answered any and all questions we had, she explained things so that we could understand them and she has been a great help in getting things done. Her staff were friendly and professional. I would recommend her to any of my family and friends.
Saw the negative reviews and was nervous, but we booked decided to try, mostly due to urgency and needing to be seen the same day. We got in for a late afternoon appointment and saw Dr. Garza. I do not regret this decision to go with Dr. Garza. She was very nice, personable, extremely knowledgeable about the specific issue we came in with. She also was very patient and took the time to answer all of our questions and alleviate our concerns. Great experience, I recommend her!
She did not respond well to my health concerns. Pushed medication on me that I told her did not help in previous history. She laughed and talked about me outside the exam room. Told me she would prescribe one thing and gave me something else we never discussed and was very dismissive. I will not go back to her.
Do not go to this Dr. She does not examine her patients and tries to push drugs when patients do not want them. I give her a solid 1. The Nurse practitioner was great...too bad she is not the Dr.
Would not recommend This Physican to my Family or Friends
She has poor communication skills
