DO NOT GO THERE! The worst experience ever. Your first appointment you will see the doctor. After that a NP which is ok, except that they do not communicate with you. When asked to speak to the Dr. You will be told "She is with a patient." WELL what am I??? They do not call you for results. It is all about the money with this office. It is sad because there are people that are looking for help and answers. Do yourself a favor and go to someone that cares. They still exist.

Dr. Garza is actually very good - you just aren't ever going to see her after the initial visit. You will basically be treated by the nurse practitioners.

Will not tell or give the patient test results until you pay $25 + for it ( on top of office visit charges). I think that man at the counter - Frederick is the problem. They agreed to sent test results of EMG to my family dr but only office notes were sent. I guess they jusr want more money! Ive never been to a dr that would not give me test results (emg).

I recently went to Dr. Garza office and she was really great. She answered all my questions and ordered tests that were needed for my care. She is very knowledgeable.

Dr Garza was very nice and spent A lot of time with me on the first visit but did not provide follow up or address my concern regarding a sample drug she had given me that I had a bad reaction to. Her backboffice staff is horrible. They tried to cancel on me twice for scheduled Botox injections for migraine. Neither of the 2 ladies I spoke to (Laura & Anabell) had the same story. When I called the pharmacy that provides the drug, they told me the office had not set up my records nor submitted PA

Dr. Garza's office took over 9 months to get results from a test she did sent to my pain management doctor so I could get treatment. Even with a small office there was always confusion. Office staff informed me that Dr. Garza would not see me for anything else except Botox.
