I've been calling this office for three months. They seem very polite, but they waste your time asking questions as if they're going to call you back. THEY NEVER DO. THEY'VE NEVER CALLED ME BACK TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. I DON'T KNOW if the doctor is good or not, but her staff leaves much to be desired. THEY DON'T LISTEN, and they hang up before you can even say anything. I'M NOT GOING TO WASTE MY TIME TRYING TO CONTACT THIS OFFICE ANYMORE.
worst medical help given. I was never actually given medical help for the symptoms and issues I daily experience. All they wanted to test was pointless. They even forgot why I even came in during a follow-up! Like why have me come in if test results were not ready. They just acted as though I was another new patient and asked me why I was there!!! Dr. Garza is very thorough, down to earth, explains procedures in layman's terms. I would highly recommend her.
