Can never reach anyone at the office during regular business hours. They request expensive test and do not follow up! Very, very frustrated and angry! All they want to do is give more prescriptions, take more test and then the go silent, not even answering phone!
I haven’t seen Dr.Garza but the front desk lady is Rude !! This is sad actually who wants to deal with this when you already have pains and everyday struggles !! Then you go for help and experience one of the most rudest people I’ve ever met !
I’ve had a very positive experience with Dr. Aimee Garza and Christine at this neurology office. From the beginning, they made me feel heard and took the time to understand my concerns. They worked with me to adjust my treatment in a way that fit my specific needs, which has made everyday tasks, both at work and at home, much more manageable. Dr Aime is a nice person and listen you carefully. But one of the receptionist is so rude and doesn't listen to your needs before transferring you (except Stephanie) unfortunately they provide a terrible Customer Service.
Loved meeting her! Super caring and attentive! 5 stars all the way! I also loveeeeee her NP! Best group of ladies I’ve worked with in a long time! Thank you so much for caring about your patients!!!!
