Frederick is terrible
You don’t get to see Dr Garza you see a PA you pay to see especialt
Absolutely horrible experience with the office staff and “manager” Frederick, in particular - sad to see so many patients suffering and leaving negative reviews since years but clearly nothing has changed. A doctor’s office is meant to offer care not create stress and problems. Beyond disrespectful and atrocious management.
I almost never write reviews, however, after my last appointment I feel compelled. I've been going here for several years. My provider (Christine) is great, however the office staff are atrocious. I am considering giving up my doctor to obtain better patient interface. Phone calls are never answered (not once in 4 years) nor are calls returned, even after multiple messages. Can never reach anyone at the office during regular business hours. They request expensive test and do not follow up! Very, very frustrated and angry! All they want to do is give more prescriptions, take more test and then the go silent, not even answering phone!
