Dr. Osman took me into the hospital for a planned ablation, but the nurse in recovery told me it couldn't be reproduced. I never saw Dr. Osman during the 24hrs I was in the hospital. When I called the office for a follow up appt with Dr. Osman I was scheduled with an ARNP, their procdure after an ablation. No one knew that I hadn't had the ablation. Dr. Osman didn't call me until I hung up on his office mgr when she became insolent during my attempts to inform her of the poor communication.
I would happily recommend Dr. Osman to any and everyone. He goes above and beyond to help his patience. He is very descriptive when going over information. He ensures your understand everything clearly. I underwent surgery recently and he knew I was very uneasy and nervous. He spoke with me until I was calm and sure of my choices. Truly an amazing person.
