Pain management is not the goal with this Dr. His financial numbers are. Very unorganized facility, can't even hire qualified staff just to save money. 7 attempts to hit the vein for a IV port and still missed it, they gave me the sedative anyway before the injection. My IV port area swelled like a water balloon and the sedative was not affective. Dr gave me the spine injection anyway. All about the money not pain management.
Rushed my husband's injection and caused nerve damage now his arm and hand hurt everyday all so he could walk out of the office same time my husband did
Haven't even had my appointment yet and they call me 3 weeks in advance to remind me of my appointment???
I have left reviews about Dr Rafi previously but I guess yesterday was worse than all the other times I have been there with my patent. Appt was for 9:30. Didn’t get called back for BP and IV port application until 10:45. Was then put in a cubicle for three hours. Yes, three. In this holding area the temperature is ridiculously freezing. Patients have from past experience are bringing their own blankets as we did. But yesterday my parent was so extremely cold that deeps chills and shaking had started. Good Dr. But don't use him unless you have patience, because they schedule all their patients on the same day so you will have up to a 3 1/2 hour wait in the waiting room. I would suggest a pillow and blanket as well.
