Was annoyed that my insurance didn't let me go to any good providers in Peoria, picked this practice based on the two doctors' schooling and experience. Glad I did! Dr. S took off a suspicious mole that came back as melanoma in-situ -- the office got me back in that verry day to do the wide excision. To eliminate the melanoma required a HUGE hole in my forehead (size of a quarter, down to the muscle) but Dr. L did a flap repair that YOU CANNOT SEE. The repair is just amazing. So happy w/result!
Just awful. I checked in early in at reception and then waited for 40min. The front desk then forgot I was there or had even checked in. They actually called my phone while I was sitting in the lobby to tell me I had missed my appointment! I met with my doctor to get mole checked. I told them I had a family history of skin cancer and had noticed this mole getting bigger. I expected a conversation to decide if I wanted it removed, instead she just said it was my call. Horrible experience.
He seems very smart, but he also makes you feel comfortable when you are there.
I felt like i could talk to her all day!
I found Dr. Schupbach to be very knowledgeable and personable. She has a great sense of humor and while I went there for one thing, she gave me an excellent overall exam. It was so easy to have a dialogue with her and she listened to my concerns. She did not seemed rushed and appeared willing to spend time with me.
