This dentist has been so bad, I signed up for Yelp. Forgot to add - my wife had a similar experience with this dentist. I have seen Dr. Akande for about three years. My overall impression was that he is a very nice, friendly dentist when I first went there. Sure, there was some red flags, but I overlooked those at the time. I have him under a dental HMO and this is the first time I have not had a PPO dentist. I have never had many dental problems over the years. My mom went in for a ONE tooth extraction but he pulled 7 teeth out, had her apply for care credit $10,000 and hasn’t seen her since (it’s been over a year )for dentures/bridge. She didn’t ask for those extractions just one cavity that was causing a tooth ace.Reporting this scam of a dentist and making a formal complaint and possible a lawsuit for elderly abuse as he ripped her lip by yanking it hard. She is paying 269.00 a month but I put a stop to that for not having rendered service’s
