The team in place that schedules new patient consultations at Coastal VVC is not trained to be customer centric. I made an appointment for a consultation several weeks ago for varicose veins after finding it through DocFind. A receptionist called me last week & cancelled it because she said the Doctor would not be in that day. She then transferred me to a voice mail last Wednesady to reschedule. I left a message on Wednesday and called again on Friday & still have not heard back.
Dr. Keeper said I was going to lose a foot or a toe and asked me which would it be. I told him if I was going to have to lose something start with the toe and after he amputated my toe another Vascular Surgeon told me I didn't need to lose my toe that there was nothing wrong with my circulation in my legs or toes! So,I suggest you be very careful!!
Dr.Keefer is one of the most amazing doctors I have ever know.
