Excellent surgeon! I had surgery in November that Dr Dowell performed. Precise and informative with excellent quality care. Every aspect of the procedure was explained in a clear and concise manner. His team followed up each and every time. I was advised what the course of action was throughout the procedure and afterwards. I totally trust his experience and knowledge. Dr. Dowell performed my husbands vasectomy reversal in April of 2024. Not only was he kind and thorough explaining all of our options, but the surgery was a success!! I am now pregnant with my first child and couldn’t be happier! We are incredibly thankful for Dr. Dowell and all of his staff. We highly recommend him if you are looking for a successful reversal surgery.
Dr. Dowell is an excellent communictor and highly skilled surgeon. I suffered severe BHP and LUTS symptoms but was hesitant about surgical options. Dr. Dowell took the time to throughly discuss the pros and cons of all the treatment options, whereby I learned the HoLEP (holium laser) procedure was the new "gold standard" with the best outcomes. So I decided I had to act and Dr. Dowell performed the procedure at the Billings Clinic hosipital. I read his surgical notes and see it was performed perfectly with no damage to my bl... read more
