Dr. Hafeez prescribed Levaquin to my 81-year-old mother. This med causes serious tendon damage and due to this risk should not be prescribed to anyone over 60 years of age. Well, my PhD educated mother was concerned when she read the side effects, so she contacted Dr. Hafeez's office who assured her it was fine to take the med. She also contacted the pharmacist who said she would be fine. Guess what?! She isn't fine. She has permanent tendon damage in shoulder and her foot.
